These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to all Deep Matter services, including but not limited to Bae.ai, Bae.watch, Bae.bio, Bae.tips, and any future products or platforms operated by Deep Matter LLC ("we," "us," "our"). By accessing or using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

    1. Use of Services

    Our services are intended for personal, lawful use only. You agree not to:

    • Use our platforms for illegal, harmful, or abusive activities.
    • Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
    • Attempt to disrupt or harm our services, networks, or other users.
    • Upload or share content that you do not own or have the rights to.
    • Attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or exploit our services in an unauthorized manner.

    We reserve the right to terminate or restrict access to users who violate these terms.

    2. Intellectual Property

    All content, software, trademarks, and materials on our services are owned by or licensed to Deep Matter LLC. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any part of our intellectual property without explicit written permission.

    3. Liability & Disclaimers

    • Deep Matter LLC is not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
    • We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

    Our total liability to you for any claims relating to your use of our services is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months, or $10, whichever is greater.

    4. User-Generated Content

    If you submit content on our platforms, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, and distribute that content as necessary for operation of our services. You must have the legal right to post any content you upload. You are solely responsible for any content you submit, post, or display on our platforms, and you acknowledge that Deep Matter LLC is not responsible for any user-generated content posted by others.

    5. Payments & Subscriptions

    Some Deep Matter services offer paid features or subscriptions. By making a payment, you agree to our billing terms, including:

    • No refunds unless required by law.
    • Automatic renewals for subscriptions unless canceled.
    • Responsibility for keeping your payment method up to date.
    • We may attempt to process declined transactions again within a few days.

    6. Prohibited Activities

    • You may not promote or advertise external websites, applications, or services within our platforms without explicit permission.
    • We reserve the right to permanently ban users who violate our guidelines, and bans are final with no appeals or refunds.

    7. Termination of Service

    We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. No refunds will be issued for terminations due to violations.

    8. Modifications to Terms

    We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after updates means you accept the changes. Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notifications.

    9. Governing Law

    These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction in Nevada.
